About me

Amy Modglin is the President and CEO of Modglin Leadership Solutions, a leadership development and growth company that invests in people, transforms leaders and impacts lives. Amy firmly believes that people are any organizations greatest asset. By investing in people, organizations she works with are benefitting with increased employee engagement and retention, more effective communication, higher performing teams and increased revenue.

Amy has been leading and investing in people and teams for over 25 years. She started her career in emergency medical services, quickly being assigned to various leadership roles prior to joining the US Navy. Amy excelled in her Navy career, achieving the rank of Chief Petty Officer prior to her transition. She has led in person and virtual teams both here in the United States and abroad.

Amy Modglin is also certified by Maxwell leadership as a coach, speaker and trainer. Being mentored by the #1 authority on leadership himself along with his CEO has allowed her the opportunity to continue to grow and develop herself, so that she is better equipped to lead and serve others. She has worked with several organizations coaching and facilitating workshops on leadership, culture and communication both locally and globally.

As a disabled veteran, Amy has had to overcome many hurdles in life and in business. As a result, she is fervent about helping others transform their lives, helping people step out of their comfort zones and turn their dreams into reality. Her passion in life is to help people discover the skills and talents they have been hiding or denying and to help people maximize these as a strength for ultimate growth and success. Amy has been successful because she has failed. Every failure has taught her a lesson and has been a catalyst to her own growth and transformation. She works with organizations to create leaders, change culture, build stronger teams, increase effective communication, keep employees engaged and more!

Amy holds a MA in Organizational Leadership and BS in Organizational Leadership and Management from Regent University and is a certified DISC Behavioral Analysis Consultant.  She is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
